Tristar Aquatic Farm is located Nearby Basudevpur, 25km away from krisnandapur, District, Odisha. This farm is run by three owners, Gagan bihari Pradhan, Naresh Chandra Pradhan and Nanda paneegrahi. They own a farm area of 60 acres in 3 sites, having 55 ponds which are used for shrimp farming. They are culturing Vannamei for the past 3 years continuously and successfully.

In First Crops, 42 ponds gave good results in the summer season. The average size of the pond is 3000m2/pond. The ponds were stocked with 90,000 PL (Stocking density – 30 PL/m2) during the morning hours following standard acclimation procedure. They have given commercially available Standard Vannamei Feeds to the shrimps. They harvested Shrimps with an average body weight of 26 grams in a crop period of 115 days, which falls in 39 counts with an FCR of 1.2. Totally they harvested a crop of 80 tonnes of shrimps from an area of 30-acre ponds. The farmer faced less survival, white fecal, white muscle and water quality problems during the culture. These problems are overtaken by using our products Seedone Growout, B-yuka 30, Vansafe, Gutact premium, Intake, Topsoil, Stepup, and Buildup. Proper technical guidance of our staff, Mr.Niranjan Kumar, Sales Executive and Good Management Practices, he has culturing shrimps successfully. |
